Hotel Accommodation
Attendees of WISTA AGM & Conference can benefit from special rates at a number of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue (including the conference hotel itself). Since in October the availability of rooms in Cyprus is very limited due to high demand, you are strongly encouraged to proceed with your bookings as soon as possible. Bookings will adhere to a ‘first come first served’ policy, depending on availability of rooms. View list of available Hotel Accommodation Options.
Payment:
You will be asked to pay for your registration, accommodation and other selected services once you complete the registration process. You may pay by credit card or via bank transfer. In the latter case and in order for your registration & other bookings to be confirmed, a bank transfer copy of the payment must be forwarded to the Conference Management Company (registrations@topkinisis.com) within 2 weeks. In the opposite case, your registration & bookings will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy for Registrations
Registrations can be cancelled upon written notification to registrations@topkinisis.com, with the following conditions:
- Cancellations up to the 30 August 2024: Full refund of the registration fees
- Cancellations between 31 August – 10 September 2024: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded
- Cancellations after the 11th of September 2024: No refund of the registration fees
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Bookings can be cancelled upon written notification to registrations@topkinisis.com, with the following conditions:
- Cancellations up to the 10th of September 2024: no cancellation fee will apply
- Cancellations between 11 September – 20 September: 1 night cancellation fee
- Cancellation from September 21st onwards or no show: no refund will apply
